It All Began With a Margarita and a Dream
I've held a Real Estate license since 2014 but Nacho Average Agent was established in 2020 during a quarantine happy hour at home.
For years I had been asked what my slogan was... I didn't have one because they were just all SO cheesy!
Then it happened, there we were, enjoying happy hour margaritas, when I showed Rich (the Jalapeno to my Nacho) the congrats cookies I had just ordered for my clients to celebrate going under contract. He reminded me that I didn't need to do all these extra little things because "other agents don't do that". I replied to him with a slightly tipsy "well honey, I'm Nacho Average Agent. And just like that I had a slogan literally made of cheese! Now many of my clients just call me Nacho.
Morning workouts, cuddles with my adorable dogs + awesome husband, lots of coffee, podcasts, and obsessively scrolling the MLS.
